Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Payment

• Full payment required to confirm the reservation.
• Bookings can be made on the website
• Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
• A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any damages or loss caused during the guest’s stay for certain types of bookings.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are subject to a cancellation fee.
• In the case of a no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued.

Occupancy:

• The maximum occupancy for each apartment is clearly stated on our website and booking platform.
• Guests must inform us of the number of guests staying in the apartment, and additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may not be permitted or may incur additional charges.

House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
• Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval from Erhis Apartments.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or loss caused during their stay.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• The apartment will be cleaned before each guest’s arrival.
• In the case of any maintenance issues or necessary repairs, please inform us immediately.
