As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 12 noon. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check in we‘ll do our best to have your room available.

As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 12 pm. If you plan a late check-out, kindly let us know your departure time, and we’ll our best to satisfy your needs.
Is Reception open 24 hours?
Yes, the Reception service is available 24 hours.

A wireless internet connection is available throughout the hotel.
The guest rooms feature high-speed web connectivity (both wireless and cabled).
Are Parties allowed?
Parties are not allowed without prior permission from the property manager. Please contact us for additional details.
Is cooking allowed?
Guests are not allowed to cook in the apartment. However, we have experienced cooks to suit the need of our guests at a fee

Is there a laundry service available?
Yes, We also have staff available for all laundry purposes
Yes, we can look after your luggage. If at check-in your room is not ready yet or in case of early check out after. We will store your luggage free of charge on your check-in and check-out days.
Do you provide refunds?
No. Unfortunately, we do not provide any refunds.
