Reservation Policy:
- Guests can reserve an apartment by submitting a booking request through our website or booking platform.
- A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, and the remaining balance is due upon check-in.
- Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are subject to a cancellation fee.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy:
- The maximum occupancy for each apartment is clearly stated on our website and booking platform.
- Guests must inform us of the number of guests staying in the apartment, and additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may not be permitted or may incur additional charges.
House Rules:
- Guests are expected to treat the apartment with respect and keep it clean and tidy.
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas.
- Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval from Erhis Apartments.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or loss caused during their stay.
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any damages or loss caused for some types of bookings.
- The security deposit will be refunded to the guest after check-out, subject to inspection of the apartment.
Liability:
- Erhis Apartments is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to guests during their stay.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and security outside the property during their stay.
Termination:
- Erhis Apartments reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if the guest violates any of our policies or house rules, causes damage to the apartment, or engages in disruptive behavior.
